研制了一种用于高压电容性设备在线监测的穿心式高精度微电流传感器。它基于电子补偿原理, 通过对激磁电流的补偿, 使传感器近似工作在“零磁通”状态。测试表明:补偿收到了良好效果, 角差稳定在±115′以内, 比差< 1‰。 Abstract In th is paper a type of low current senso r based on zero flux compensat ion is described. The current senso r is specially designed fo r on line monito ring of HV appara2 tus. The circuit in the senso r can t rack the variat ion ofmag2 net izing current and compensate it automat ically to assure the magnet ic co re wo rk ing in " zero flux " condit ion. The test of current senso r show s that the design get sat isfacto ry results. A ngular difference of senso r is ±1. 5’ and relat ive scale difference is less than 1ö1000.
