传感器非线性的产生是生产过程中敏感芯片在工艺上处理不当造成的,为提高精度对其进行非线性的线性化校正在许多测试计量场合中是十分必要的。分别从硬件和软件两方面给出了校正的方法,并对硬件、软件校正的优缺点做出了总结。非线性的线性化校正采用何种方法,要根据实际应用的要求来确定。

Abstract  Non - linearity of sensors usually results from improper treatment of sensitive chips in the process of production. In order to increase their precision ,it is very necessary to make linear corrections of them in many measuring situations . In this paper ,the correcting methods for hardware and software are suggested respectively and their strong and weak p oints are summarized. Which methods should be used depends on the specific requirements for field application.
