阐述了在生产实际中使用数字信号处理器（DSP）对玻璃酒瓶进行检测的优越性，可行性。介绍了系统的构成，着重分析了软件系统的实现流程及各个模块的功能。软件部分采用了当今流行的各种数字图像处理技术，力求提高识别的准确率。得出的结论是：使用DSP 进行工业检测具有快速、经济、高效的特点，发展前景广阔。

Abstract: Explains the superiority and feasibility of using the digital signal processor to check glass wine bottle in production practicing. Introduces the systematic composition, analyzes the realization flow of the software system and the function of each module emphatically. The part of the software adopts various kinds of nowadays popular digital image processing technology to improve the rate of recognition. The conclusion is: using DSP in the industry examination is fast, economic, and high-efficient, the prospects for development are very bright.
