本文简介热处理加热炉智能模糊控制系统的组成与工作原理，深入研究了以80C196 单片机为核心的下位机的可靠性问题，并针对系统调试中存在的问题，提出了相应的解决方案。系统的实际运行结果表明，本系统控制方案合理，长期工作稳定可靠，控制算法先进，跟踪性能好。

Abstract: This paper briefly introduces the component and working theory of the intelligent fuzzy control system of heat-treatment furnace, discusses the reliability of the DDC deeply, which is base on 80c196 single chip. We give solutions of the problem meeting in debugging. The running results show that the application of these methods can improve the system’s reliability efficiently.
