储罐底板漏磁检测传感器设计

漏磁检测是储罐底板表面腐蚀检测的重要方法。传统的检测传感器主要根据试验结果设
计。利用有限元软件ANSYS 研究了传感器励磁装置的参数对钢板局部磁化的影响,设计了漏磁信号的后续处理及数据采集电路,研制了相应的漏磁检测传感器。试验证明,该传感器具有较高的检测灵敏度。

Magnetic flux leakage (MFL) testing is one of the most important methods for tank
floor inspection.Traditional transducers were often designed by experiments. Finite element
software ANSYS was used to optimize theparameters of the magnetizing system. The circuits for detecting , post2processing and data acquisition were designed , anda transducer were
developed. Experiments showed that the transducer had good sensitivity.
