为了实现对温度高精度、高速度的采集及降低设计成本,设计了一种简单可行的温度采集模块。传感器输出原始信号的幅度很微弱,采用OP07高精度运算放大器组成了信号调理电路,实现了对温度传感器输出电压的放大。此外,为了使单片机能对采集的温度信息进行有效地处理,使用TLC1543模数转换芯片实现了从模拟信号到数字信号的高速转换。实践证明,在AT89C52单片机的控制处理下,此温度采集模块能够稳定有效地进行温度的采集,测量误差小。

- In order to speedly achieve highly accurate temperature and reduce the design cost, this paper presented a simple and feasible temperature acquisition module. Because the original signal’s amplitude output by sensor is weak, the signal conditioning circuit consists of OP07 precision operational amplifier, achieving the amplification of the output voltage from temperature sensor. In addition, to effectively process the temperature information by MCU, this design uses TLC1543 getting digital signals from analog signals by high-speed conversion. Practice proves this temperature acquisition module controlled by AT89C52 MCU can stably and effectively acquire temperature information, the measurement error is small.
