Abstract To recognize and position the given mark image, this paper presents a real time image acquisition and processing system based on the embedded operating system VxWorks. The main architecture and algorithms for image processing of the system is given. Meanwhile, the socket communication mechanism between the upper position machine and the lower position machine is introduced.
