一种实用层次化数字测温系统的设计

针对DS18B20 采集精度高但读取温度速度慢的特点,本文设计开发了一套层次化
多点数字化测温系统, 该系统是一个PC 机为主控机,由多个单片机和多个数字温度传感器DS18B20 构成温度检测系统。系统分为三层,每一层都采用了模块化设计,便于系统的扩展。本文给出了系统的总体结构框图及底模块单元电路图。软件部分给出了数据转发控制流程图。该系统结构简单,温度控制准确,测量精度高和实时性强,具有很高的实际应用价值。

Abstract: Aiming at the DS18B20’s characteristics which is high collecting precision but low speed of reading the temperature, this text designed and developed a set of hierarchical Digital Temperature Measuring System. That system was a temperature examination system which is composed by a PC machine that is control machine mainly, many single chip computers and many digital temperature sensors of DS18 B20. The system is divided into 3 layers; the each layer adopted a module design for expanding system easily. This text gives the total structure frame of the system diagram and Bottom module unit electric circuit diagram of the each layer. The part of software give the data exchange control flow chart.

The system's structure is simple, temperature controlling is accurate, measure accuracy is high, and real-time character is strong and has very high practical and applied value
