分析和讨论了一种新型角加速度传感器的工作原理与设计方法. 该传感器是根据流动电势效应,直接将角加速度信号转换为电信号输出的. 和其它形式的角加速度传感器相比,它具有结构简单、成本低、可靠性好、稳定性高等特点.

Abstract :The working principle and the design method of a new type of angle acceleration sensor based on streaming potential is analysed and discussed. The sensor can directly transform angle acceleration into electric signals of output. The results compared
show that the sensor′s structure is simple ,cost is low ,liability and stability is high.
