关于轮辐式剪切力传感器的研制与设计

轮辐式剪切力传感器与传统的拉压式传感器相比,具有精度高、滞后小、重复性好、线性好、抗偏心载荷和侧向力的能力强、结构高度最小、重量轻等优点,因此这种传感器在大、中量程测量方面有着广泛的应用,并具有良好的市场前景。围绕着该产品的主要特点,基于其物理基础、变换过程及设计原则,讨论了他的设计计算,并指出了该产品所能达到的性能指标。

Abstract :A new type sensor was designed for measure of cut load. Compared with normal draw - press one , this sensor was accu2 rate , little lag , fine repetition and linear , compact structure , light and useful for eccentric load. Based on the physical and mathe2 matics principle , calculation of design and function were also showed.
