本文针对新型金属管浮子流量计中电容式角位移传感器的研究,详细阐明电容式角位移传感器的设计方法及原理,并配合一种抗寄生干扰的微小电容测量电路,最终实现对浮子流量计中电容式角位移传感器转动角度的精确测量。在30°测量范围内,可实现精度0105°。 关键词: 金属管浮子流量计 电容 角位移传感器 抗寄生干扰 误差 Abstract : Based on the experimental study of the capacitive angular position sensor of the metal tube variable area rotameter , this paper describes a designed method and principle of capacitive angular sensor & successful combination of intrinsically stray - immune capacitance measuring circuit so as to obtain high ac2 curacy (0105°) ,and resolution (0101°)over the relative measurement range of 30°.
