基于HART协议的智能执行器接口卡的开发

为了满足工业现场仪表的通信要求,设计了符合HART 协议的智能执行器通信接口卡。详
细阐述了智能执行器通信接口硬件设计中的部分难点的解决方法,介绍了HART 协议在通信接口卡中的软件设计。系统现已用于对智能电动气动执行器的现场通信,证明此设计是可行的,达到了应用的要求。

Aiming at the communication requirement of the spot meter ,the interface of the executor based on HART protocol was exploited. The design of hardware was expatiated ,and some difficulties of the hardware were provided. The HART protocol and design of software were introduced. The design has been used in communication of the intelligent electric executor ,and proved feasible.
