轴流泵叶轮参数化自动建模的研究
摘要: 轴流泵叶轮的三维参数化自动建模系统基于Pro- Engineer 设计软件, 采用二次开发工具Pro/ Toolkit 开发完成. 提出了叶轮轮毂体采用特征描述法、叶片采用用户自定义特征法的基本造型策略. 实例证明了本方法具有适用性强、造型速度快的特点, 并为进行高效率的轴流泵CAD、结构分析及高精度的流场计算( CFD) 提供了一种新的途径.

Abstract :The parametric technique , developed withthe secondary development tool —Pro/ Toolkit , is adoptedto establishthe automatic modeling systemof axial flowpump impeller based on Pro-Engineer . The modeling of the hub with feature describing and that of the
blade with user- defined feature are developed . Example shows that the proposed technique is practical and effective , which provides a new way for axial flow pump CAD, structural analysis and CFDcalculation .
