- NAND Flash is widely applied in the field of memory with its predominances of little cubage,large capacity and easy extensibility.The characteristics and the using method of K9KAG08U0M are introduced in brief.The hardware interface and software design between NAND Flash and TMS320C6713B are expatiated through a CPU board design for laser gyro strap-down inertial navigation system.The examinations in sea and in lake indicate that the interface circuit design is reliable,enlarged and programmed easily,and the design method is valuable in practicality.
