The MAX15103 is a small, low-dropout linear regulatoroptimized for networking, datacom, and server applications.The regulator delivers up to 3A from a 1.7V to 5.5Vinput supply with output accuracy of Q1.6%. The outputis adjustable down to 0.6V with a guaranteed dropoutvoltage of less than 200mV at full load. The internalp-channel switch is protected with a foldback currentlimit and thermal shutdown.
