4-Channel Constant Current White LED Driver: General Description Features
The CDT2504 is a 4-channel (CDT2504-8) Operating voltage 2.5V~5.5V
or 3-channel (CDT2504-6) constant current Programmable Sink Current to ground
LED driver. It’s designed to operate as a Excellent 1% LED-to-LED Current Match
constant sink to drive the LEDs with Up to 60mA/LED bias current
externa l resistance in low power Thermal Protection Circuit
environment. The CDT2504 is based on a Standby Current <1uA
current-mirror architecture that transfers a Package type ：SOT23-6, SOP8
reference current produced at the SET pin to
each of four (three) open drain current
sinking outputs.
