基于聚偏二氟乙烯传感器的斜拉桥损伤识别

斜拉索是斜拉桥的一个重要组成部分,是斜拉桥的主要承载部件。斜拉桥桥跨结构的质量和桥上活载绝大部分或全部通过斜拉索传递到索塔上。实时监测分布于大桥上的桥索张力变化,对于了解斜拉桥的健康状态,确保斜拉桥的安全是至关重要的。聚偏二氟乙烯(polyvinylidene fluoride) 传感器通过监测应变得到拉索的振动信号,采用数字信号处理芯片实现振动信号的快速傅立叶变换,利用变换得到的振动频率计算出拉索的张力,实现斜拉索张力的在线测量。将桥索张力的变化输入到神经网络中进行斜拉桥损伤识别,取得了良好的实验结果。

Abstract : The stayed cable of cable2stayed bridges is the main load2bearing components. Most of the load is transfer to the tower of the bridge. Through monitoring the cable tension and its variation , the overall technical condition to a cable2stayed bridge can be estimated and assure the safety of the bridge. Polyvinylidene fluoride is applied as sensor to monitoring the vibration of stayed cables ,and digital signal processor is applied to realize the FFT transform of signal ,the tension can be calculated. The tension of stayed2cable is imputed to neural network to realized damage recognition of cable2stayed bridges. The experimental result shows that the damage recognition method is efficient .
