在某单级轴流压气机试验台上,进行了旋转失速和喘振状态下叶片振动响应的试验研究。利用电阻应变片、动态压力传感器、滑环式引电器和磁带记录仪等,录取叶片振动应变和动叶出口压力信号,然后回放磁带,做信号处理。在对时域和频域数据分析的基础上,论述了旋转失速和喘振状态下叶片振动响应的特征。 关键词:旋转失速;喘振;叶片振动;试验研究 Abstract :Experimental research on blade vibration response at rotating stall and surge condition has been car2 ried out on a single2stage axial compressor test rig. Using resistance strain gage , dynamic pressure sensor , slip ring and tape recorder , the blade vibration strain and exit pressure signals of rotor blades are recorded and then processed. Based on data analysis in both time and frequency domain , characteristics of blade vibration response at rotating stall and surge condition are introduced.
