通过对带温压补偿的集成化涡街传感器构造原理、性能特点等方面的分析, 阐述了一种流量计量新产品的构造思路, 在涡街传感器中集成压力和温度传感器, 让它们三者合为一体。这样, 即降低了涡街的误差, 也减少了分离式补偿的复杂性。
