针对温度控制系统的大惯性、大时延等特性,根据模糊控制理论,设计出一种模糊自 整定PID 控制器,并应用于BGA 返修站温度控制系统,实现了PID 参数的在线自整定。仿真实验表明,该控制器与常规PID 控制器相比,提高了系统的自适应能力和鲁棒性,改善了系统的动、静态性能,且算法简单实时性强,易用于工程实践。 关键词:球栅阵列封装器件;温度控制;模糊控制;PID 控制;参数自整定 Abstract: For the temperature control system with big inertia and delay, the design of the Fuzzy PID controller based on self-tuning parameters and fuzzy control theory is discussed. It is used in the temperature control system of BGA rework station. By simulation and comparison with other ordinary PID controllers, we conclude that the use of the method in the temperature control system can greatly improve the robustness and the dynamic and static properties of the system.
