Abstract：A kind of novel power amplifier of audio-frequency was designed and simulated． The circuit of
this power amplifier was mainly composed of audio amplifier and bias circuit and it was quite simple． The
circuit was simulated with analog artist of cadence and the high performance parameters were gained． This
novel power amplifier of audio frequency had a favorable market foreground．
