本文研究每周卷绕半径不断变化且变化幅度比较大的“非圆”卷绕系统的控制方法。 首先,分析了“非圆”卷绕系统特点。其次,建立了半径变化数学模型,根据“非圆”卷绕特点和半径模型提出了速度控制方法。最后,对半径数学模型进行了验证,通过实验证明该模型是可行的。 关键词:非圆卷绕;半径变化;速度控制 ABSTRACT: This paper study the control method of “non-round” coiling system ,which the radius is changing in every round with big range.Firstly, the characteristics of “non-round” winding is analyzed.Secondly, the model of radius is founded, the method of “speed control”is given according to the features of “non-round” winding.
