14位125Msps模数转换器ADS5500及其应用:摘要：ADS5500是美国德州仪器公司（TI）生产的一款高采样率、高精度、易使用的14位模数转换器。简易的并行数字输出数据接口可方便地与数字信号处理器（DSPs）连接。主要针对需要高精度测量和高速数据采样的场合，例如无线通信、通信接收器、基站基础设备、测试测量仪表、单和多通道数字接收器、通信仪表、雷达和红外技术、视频图像处理以及医疗设备等方面。文中介绍了ADS5500的性能特点、内部结构、引脚排列和设计考虑，并对其在视频信号处理方面的应用作了简要说明。

Abstract: The ADS5500 is a 14-bit analog-to-digital converter by Texas Instrument in U.S.A for high-speed, high-precision, and ease of use. The digital output data is provided over a simple parallel interface that easily connects to DSPs. It aims at mainly the applications which need high-precision measurement and high-speed data gathering, such as wireless communication, communication receivers, base station infrastructure, test and measurement instrumentation, single and multichannel digital receivers, radar and infrared, video and imaging, medical equipment and so on. This paper introduces the performance, internal structure, pin descriptions and application consideration, and illuminates an application in video signal processing in brief.
