SL811HS/SL811S Errata Embedded USB Host/Slave Controller

The SL811HS operation of USB A and B Bank toggle is sometimes compromised when
operating the SL811HS with auto SOF generation enabled. An error occurs which
results in the ARM bit failing to set.
