The MAX15070A/MAX15070B are high-speed MOSFETdrivers capable of sinking 7A and sourcing 3A peakcurrents. The ICs, which are an enhancement overMAX5048 devices, have inverting and noninvertinginputs that provide greater flexibility in controlling theMOSFET. They also feature two separate outputs workingin complementary mode, offering flexibility in controllingboth turn-on and turn-off switching speeds.
