本文利用离散傅里叶变换(DFT) 方法处理科里奥利质量流量传感器的信号,计算其频率和相位差,提出一种容易实现的、精度较高的频率跟踪方法,实现整周期采样,保证数字信号处理的精度。研制基于数字信号处理器(DSP) 的实时信号处理系统,其硬件包括信号采集通道、DSP 芯片、逻辑控制电路、液晶显示器(LCD) 电路、键盘输入电路、温度检测电路和输出电路,其软件包括监控程序、中断服务模块、初始化模块、相位差测量模块、频率跟踪模块、键盘监控模块和显示模块等。仿真和实测结果表明,本文所研究的方法和研制的系统是可行的、有效的。 关键词 科里奥利流量计 数字信号处理器 离散傅里叶变换 频率跟踪 Abstract In this paper ,the DFT is used to process signals f rom the sensors of Coriolis mass flowmeter ,and calculate the f requency and the phase difference. In order to achieve the integral period sampling and ensure the precision of digital signal processing ,a new technique that can be easily realized and t rack the f requency with high precision is pro2 posed. A DSP2based real2time signal processing system is developed. It s hardware includes signal sampling channels , DSP chip ,logic cont rol circuit ,LCD circuit ,keyboard input circuit ,temperature detector and output circuit s. It s soft2 ware includes monitor module ,interrupt service module ,initialization module ,phase difference measuring module ,f re2 quency t racking module ,keyboard monitor module and displaying module.
