锅炉汽包水位控制系统是火力发电厂中的一个重要的热工控制系统,汽包水位的控制大多采用常规PID 控制方式,由于其控制参数是固定不变的,不能进行在线调整,其控制效果往往难以满足要求。将模糊控制的方法应用到工业锅炉PID 控制系统的参数调节中去,实现了PID 参数的自适应调节。这种方法已经运用到苏钢3 号炉的控制系统中,取得了良好的效果。

Abstract : Boiler drum water level control systems belong to important thermal control systems of fossil fired power plants. Currently , most drum water levels are controlled by conventional PID methods. Because their control parameters are fixed , without possibility of on2line adjustment , it often happens that their control effect can hardly meet requirement. A way of effectuating self2adjustment of PID control system parameters of industrial boilers , by making use of a fuzzy control algorithm is being presented. This method has already successfully been applied to Sugang’s boiler No. 3.
