采用长期实时监测运行中绝缘子污秽泄漏电流的方法来监测变电站绝缘子的污秽程 度。所开发的泄漏电流传感器频带宽度为150 kHz, 且在100~ 5×105 LA 范围内具有足够的线性度; 基于工控机的高速数据采集和处理系统能够适应泄漏电流的大范围内变化, 实时监测绝缘子污秽程度, 当绝缘子污秽过度时能够及时报警, 从而可以减小变电污闪的几率, 提高供电系统的可靠性。 关键词: 污秽; 在线监测; 泄漏电流; 闪络脉冲; 污闪 Abstract: The con tam inat ion degree of in su lato rs in sub stat ion is mon ito red by long2term real2t im e detect ing of the leakage cu rren t of in su lato rs in th is paper. The leakage cu rren t sen so r is developed to have enough linearity in the range f rom 100 LA to 5×105 LA and to po ssess 150 kHz bandw idth. The h igh2speed data acqu isit ion system based on indu st rial PC is adap t ive to leakage cu rren t variat ion in a w ide range. The system can accu rately p re2 dict the degree of con tam inat ion on the in su lato r in t im e. W hen the con tam inat ion degree is above the lim it, it w ill give alarm signal, thu s decreasing the p robab ility of f lashover in sub stat ion and imp roving the reliab ility of pow er supp ly system.
