基于状态的维护（CBM）是一种新的设备维护方式，国际上的研究小组正致力于CBM
系统开发标准的制定，提出了一种开放式体系结构OSA-CBM。本文探讨了SOAP 技术在开放式CBM 系统中的应用，设计了基于SOAP 的CBM 系统通信模型，并给出了实现该通信模型的具体方法和步骤。

Abstract: Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) is a new mode of equipment maintenance. A
framework for CBM criterion has been addressed through the Open System Architecture for
Condition-Based Maintenance (OSA-CBM) development team. This paper researches the
application of SOAP technology in OSA-CBM , designs a SOAP-based communication
framework and introduces a means for the implementation of SOAP-based CBM communication framework.
