The MAX11129–MAX11132 are 12-/10-bit with externalreference and industry-leading 1.5MHz, full linearbandwidth, high speed, low-power, serial output successiveapproximation (SAR) analog-to-digital converters(ADCs). The MAX11129–MAX11132 include bothinternal and external clock modes. These devices featurescan mode in both internal and external clock modes.The internal clock mode features internal averaging toSNR. The external clock mode features theSampleSetK technology, a user-programmable analoginput channel sequencer. The SampleSet approachprovides greater sequencing flexibility for multichannelapplications while alleviating significant microcontrolleror DSP (controlling unit) communication overhead.
