提出了一种在HDTV SOC 系统中实现多模块共享存储单元的高效SDRAM 控制器。通过利用合理的请求仲裁、Full Page 读写、指令与数据分离、指令缓存和前后相关处理等机制，实现了高吞吐率下的SDRAM 共享。该模块在HDTV SOC 系统中的应用效果良
好。

【Abstract】 This paper presents a SDRAM controller desin in HDTV SOC project, which can be accessed simultaniously by multiple units with high efficiency. It achieves SDRAM sharing with high data throughput rate by using several techniques, such as, requests arbitration, Full Page mode, seperation between command and data, command buffering, etc.
