This user’s guide describes the EVM used to evaluate ten different serial  analog-to-digital converters. These converters are the TLC4541/5, TLC3541/5, TLC2551/2/5, and TLV2541/2/5; 16-bit, 14-bit, 12-bit, and 12-bit  devices respectfully.
