Abstract The rotor speed can be tacken as a state variable of the system by using the Extended Kalman Filter , which based on the vector cont rol of an asynchronous motor. Based on the measured stator current s and stator voltages , we can estimate the rotor speed. It is very useful for us to study the application of the speed sensorless motor cont rol.
